From a young age, video games have always fascinated me due to the way they can present a story or idea in an interactive way that truly sets it apart from other media. I spent much of my childhood drawing up and imagining new video game levels and characters.
I eventually decided to pursue the art professionally at Louisiana Tech, as they are the only college in my area that has a game design program, and, over the course of my college career, created dozens of games in various engines like Unity, Unreal, and GameMaker. In these projects, I further developed my programming skills while simultaneously developing a strong passion in game design, particularly level and environment design.
Starting in June of 2019 following my 3rd year of college, I partnered with my former Game Design professor and created games alongside him for over a year. On these projects, I was solely responsible for all programming, as well as many design decisions.
In summer of 2020, following my graduation, I moved to Los Angeles to further my professional game development career. I am currently employed as a Game Developer at InPvP.
